Dan Heath, a consultant at the Duke Educational Institute, assisted Chip in writing this book. He has been working as a researcher at Harvard Business School and is currently an expert in designing and presenting educational programs for the institute. Dan Heath is also the co-founder of Think Better, a company that produces college textbooks.
